The Oaks of Lake City is a world-class equestrian lifestyle community, ideally located in the peaceful countryside of North Central Florida. The vast expanse of property is professionally designed, with state-of-the-art common areas and spacious residential lots for both practicing equestrians and non-horse–owning nature enthusiasts to call home.

• Residential Home Sites of 1 and 2 acres are available for those who do not necessarily own horses, but who desire a life in the wide-open spaces of the countryside. Residents of the 1- and 2-acre home sites are not required to pay annual homeowner dues, but may choose to pay an annual fee to use the common areas and trail system for leisurely walks, jogs, and taking in nature. They may also rent the facility’s horses at leisure for recreation and learning.

• Equestrian Home Sites of 4 to 6.4 acres are available for residents who wish to keep horses on their property. These estate owners have equity ownership in all equestrian facilities for a small monthly fee. All equestrian home sites have immediate access in their respective neighborhoods to the trail system or one of the Equestrian Recreation Areas. These residents may also take advantage of The Oaks’ concierge service on a regular or as-needed basis.
