Home sites are available in 1- and 2-acre residential tracts and 4- to 6.4-acre equestrian tracts. The residential sites are ideal for those wanting to enjoy the walking trails, horse rentals, and country lifestyle at The Oaks. These sites have a minimum home-size requirement of 2,000 square feet. Equestrian lots up to 4.25 acres can accommodate three horses, and lots larger than 4.26 acres can accommodate four horses. The minimum square footage for homes on equestrian lots is 2,400.
