• Interested in boarding their horse in a central facility and jumping in their golf cart to ride down to the barn;
• Interested in community interaction and socialization;
• Not interested in the commitment of horse ownership – would prefer the option to learn to ride on facility horses;
• Enjoys access to open space, but disinterested in the upkeep associated with ownership of property;
• Desires “country living without the fuss”;
• Loves looking at horses and open spaces and interested in walking trails and pastoral beauty;

• Sees value in the trails and the access to equestrian parks for riding;
• Has the time and commitment to care for their own horses;
• Will partake in services from the central facility to care for horses on their own property, either on a regular basis or while traveling;
• Likes the large-lot feel with open space;
• Drawn to “country without the fuss” living – has the central facility perform all care and maintenance on their private farm.
