Is there a time limit on when I have to begin building my home, and can I choose my own builder?
No, there is no time limit to build. We feel very confident in the services offered by Arthur Rutenberg Homes, but you, as the purchaser, may use the builder of your choice. |

What are the minimum square-footage requirements on the homes?
There is a 2,000 square-feet minimum heated/cooled on one-acre homesites,
and a 2,400 square-feet minimum heated/cooled on two-acre and larger homesites. |

Can I keep horses on my own property?
You may keep three horses on homesites sized up to 4.25 acres. You may keep four horses on tracts that are 4.26 acres and larger. You may not keep horses on the one- and two-acre homesites. |

What are the homeowner’s association dues?
The HOA dues are $150/month. This covers the maintenance of the entire 348 acres of common areas, trail up-keep, roadways and right-of-ways, as well as the use of the equestrian amenities, 15 miles of trails and an 11-acre cross-country schooling course. |
